How to order from us:

We are delighted to work with you in our new showroom, or long distance
(via fax and Internet).  However, since each order is custom work, we ask you to either
e-mail us (click here)  or phone us at 914-666-9200 to begin the process.

Our standard turn-around time is two weeks , but if you pay a rush fee, we can produce
your order - if circumstances all cooperate - in less than 24 hours.  However, a word to the wise ,
since we live in an imperfect world, the more time you give us for your order, the more chance you
have of getting exactly what you want, rather than settle for what we can get for you quickly.

Graphics:

We accept customer-supplied camera-ready artwork.

For custom graphics our award-winning graphics department will be happy to assist you.
Please contact us concerning the formats in which we can accept either artwork or concepts.

Sampling policy:

Our minimum order (except for TeesMes photo-transfer T- shirts) is 24 shirts . 
For TeesMes, the minimum order is one shirt.

The cost of setting up a press or an embroidery machine represents significant labor;
if we want to keep our current, economical pricing structure we need to keep unnecessary
set-up cost at a minimum.
